Juan Carlos Suárez Serrato is a Professor of Economics at the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Graduate School of Business and a Faculty Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He is also the Jose E. Feliciano and Kwanza Jones SUPERCHARGED Faculty Fellow for the 2022-23 academic year. He was previously a Professor of Economics at Duke University and a Post-doctoral Fellow at the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Institute for Economic Policy Research. He received a Ph.D. in economics from UC Berkeley, a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Trinity University, and he is a proud graduate of the AEA Summer Training Program in Economics.
